Seaport Enhanced or SeaPort-e is a primary U. S. Navy’s contract vehicle to procure engineering, technical, program management, logistics, and financial support services. It is an ID/IQ (indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity) multiple award contract (MAC) initially awarded in 2005 and had its final contract ramp-on awards in 2016.


ACTT was awarded a SeaPort-e prime contract in two geographic regions – Zone 2 (metro DC), and Zone 6 (western U.S. & Hawaii).
