Frequently Asked Questions
Where to park:
Parking is available directly in front of our building, in any of the unmarked stalls. Between the hours of 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, the first hour is free, followed by $1.50/per half hour thereafter. Free parking is available outside of the guard shack, in the large open lot in the front of Harbor Center, fronting Fabric Mart area. After 4:00 pm, the lot in front of our building opens up and is free of charge.
No formal dress code, but footwear is required. A T-shirt and shorts are acceptable. However, the rooms are air-conditioned so you may want to bring a jacket.
Food & Drink:
Food and drinks are permitted inside the classroom. We please ask that everyone be respectful and help keep the area clean of food debris and rubbish, and to also be mindful of spilling near the machines. Soda and snack vending machine are available on premise, for your convenience. Microwaves or refrigerators are not available.
What to bring to class:
Nothing is mandatory, except the textbook required for the course. A notebook and pen/pencil may be useful for taking notes. Laptops are provided for each student for classroom use only. They are not to be removed from their respective classrooms.
When are classes held:
Classes are typically held year round.
– ACTT administrative offices are in suite 30. The classroom side entrance door is through suite 28.
